facing Port Daniel Bay (fiord) . Chaleur Chalets is located within
the village of Port Daniel and guests enjoy a fabulous view across
the Bay of the village, rail road tunnel (only one in eastern
Canada), tussle and mountain range. |

Lighthouse |
Working lighthouse. This masonry construction with
retrofitted electric sealed Coastguard light guards the west
entrance to Port Daniel Bay and wards off shipping accidents from
atop its limestone reef. |
